Laminate Composition

The progressive production procedure of Laminate Flooring Scottsdale has made it an explicit choice for residential and commercial organizations. Laminate is made up of three fundamental layers: The ornamental layer, the pivotal layer, the base layer. All these layers are fused uniformly under high pressure through a lamination process.

The Ornamental Layer: It is called the ornamental layer as it adorns the Laminate with durability to withstand Ultra Violet Rays, Scratches and Chemicals. This layer is actually a high resolution image of either tile or hardwood which is glued using a resin-based adhesive that contains aluminum oxide.

The Pivotal Layer – This is the most essential layer that is produced by severely compressing a high density fiberboard. This is the principle layer as it contributes to the sturdiness and longevity of laminate.

The Base Layer – This is the final layer that binds the entire Laminate together, making it dependable and sturdy. This layer enables the laminate to float on the supplementary floor it is installed on, making it a floating floor and prevents any wetness in the supplementary floor from entering the Laminate.
